Financing Options for Qualified Homeowners

Ash & Elm Homes LLC offers optional access to third-party financing solutions to help qualified homeowners manage the cost of home improvement projects. These financing options are provided through established consumer-finance platforms and are subject to lender approval.

We partner with GreenSky® and Figure to offer different types of financing structures, recognizing that no single option fits every project or financial situation.

  • Some customers prefer fixed installment loans with defined payment schedules.

  • Others may benefit from home equity–based financing that offers greater flexibility for larger or phased projects.

Ash & Elm Homes LLC does not offer loans directly, does not determine credit eligibility, and does not set interest rates or loan terms. All financing decisions are made solely by the participating lenders.

GreenSky® connects qualified applicants with participating banks that offer consumer installment loans for home improvement projects. Depending on eligibility, these loans may include fixed-rate repayment options or promotional deferred-interest plans with defined promotional periods.

GreenSky® financing is commonly used for:

  • Single-scope renovation projects
  • Projects with a defined budget and timeline
  • Homeowners seeking predictable monthly payments

All GreenSky® consumer loans are issued by participating financial institutions, including Synovus Bank, Member FDIC. Loan availability, terms, and conditions are determined by the lender

For homeowners with sufficient equity, Figure Lending offers a home equity line of credit (HELOC) that may be used to fund home improvement projects.

A HELOC differs from an installment loan in that it:

  • Is secured by the borrower’s home
  • May allow access to larger funding amounts, depending on equity and credit profile
  • Can support multi-phase or long-term renovation plans

Figure’s HELOC product may include fixed-rate payment options for initial draws, no prepayment penalties, and the ability to access available credit as the balance is repaid, subject to lender terms and conditions
